Housing at the Sheraton Hotel - New Orleans, Louisiana

1/27/2012 - Housing Update! We are working with the hotel to open up more rooms at our room rate. For us to do that we need to know how many people are still without reservations or have reservations at a rate higher than our group rate ($139+tax). Nightly Housing Costs:
We have a great deal worked out with the Sheraton Hotel in New Orleans.
Single Occupancy: $139.00 per night plus tax.
Double Occupancy: $69.50 per person per night plus tax.
Triple Occupancy: $54.67 per person per night plus tax.
Quad Occupancy: $47.25 per person per night plus tax.

Our Extravaganza rates will be honored 3 nights before and 3 nights after the event.

An important note:
Sometimes people ask the Network if they can book housing at a different site, if they find a cheaper rate. The answer: "Yes, but..." We work hard to negotiate the best possible rate at a hotel property that will make you feel appreciated and pampered (one of our goals.) We guarantee to the hotel a certain number of rooms sold to get these rates. If we don't hit our guarantee, then the Network has to pay a penalty.
