Dannica Olsen is the Director of Youth Ministry at Westwood Lutheran Church in St. Louis Park, Minnesota.  

Adam Butler is pastor at Paynesville Lutheran Church in Paynesville, Minnesota.

Elizabeth Pedersen is a Deacon, and directs the high school ministry at Lord of Life Lutheran Church in Maple Grove, Minnesota.

Paul Amlin is the "behind the scenes" guy and handles the podcast production.  In his spare time, he is the pastor at Lord of Life Lutheran Church in Dubuque, Iowa.

"3TC at the E with Jeff Chu"

The 3TC Team sits down with Jeff Chu between his two keynote talks at the Extravaganza to talk about farming at seminary, ministry and the realities of today's world. 

Jeff is a Princeton, New Jersey-based freelance reporter and writer as well as a seminarian at Princeton Theological Seminary. Most recently, he was a contributing editor at Modern Farmer (R.I.P., print edition). Jeff was also on staff at Fast Company for almost eight years. He covered International affairs, fashion and design, the intersection of business and social justice. 

Jeff's reporting and writing have also appeared in publications like The New York Times Magazine, Travel+Leisure, the Wall Street Journal, the Washington Post.
