Leadership Development for the sake of faith formation
The Practice Discipleship Initiative was a wonderful program that was initiated first at the 2012 ELCA Youth Gathering, and then was carried on in a partnership between the ELCA and the ELCA Youth Ministry Network. The program ran from 2012-2016.
The ELCA Youth Ministry Network strengthens and empowers adult leaders of children, youth and family ministry in service to Christ.
