Base fee:
  • Register beginning July 1, 2013, and by 11:59pm on October 31, 2013, and your registration rate is only $250! (Which is the same as last year!) Plus, bring a spouse/partner along for only $75!
  • This registration level is for members of the Network's E-Team, Board of Directors, Regional Facilitators and event program guests (mostly speakers and musicians.) You must use a special access code to use this registration.
  • Are you from an organization that would like to "display" at the E this year in our exhibit area? We love you folks! And we love to have you at the E! Your registration rate is $395, and includes a 6' exhibit table in our Exhibit area, AND 1 full Extravaganza registration. Additional event registrations are available for a special discounted rate of $140 per person.
  • Are you a full-time student at a college or seminary? We want you to be with us at the E! So we're making your registration available at a special rate of $140.
  • Registration at a discounted rate for current members of LACE. Must join the Network to receive ($85) but then $85 is discounted off of the event registration.
  • Can't register until after Jan 1? That's ok... From Jan 1, 2014 through February 3, the registration rate is $305.00
  • The registration for those who represent our Network's Gold and Silver Partner organizations
  • For designated PD Coaches for the 2014 year. The cost is 50% of the cost at the time of registration.
  • Are you retired from congregational ministry? (Ok, we know you never really retire, but you get the idea...) We want to thank you, and honor you for your work! Please come to the E! We have a rate for you of $140.00
  • The registration process used for those receiving scholarship assistance to attend the Extravaganza
  • Register from November 1, 2013 through 11:59pm on December 31, 2013, and your registration rate is $275.00 (the same price as last year!) Plus, bring a spouse/partner along for only $75!

  • A special registration for alumni of the Young Adults in Global Mission (YAGM) program. The YAGM are being funded by a generous set of grants from ELCA Global Mission, Old Lutheran, and the ELCA Youth Ministry Network.

The Extravaganza is an amazing event.  The Extravaganza is an annual 4-day conference that draws together anywhere from 500-750 adults who work with youth in congregations of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America for the premier renewal, education and networking event of our church.  It is for the professional and the volunteer.  

It is for the old and the young.  It is for the urban, the suburban and the rural.  It is for rostered leaders, it is for laypeople.  It is for all who share in the adventure we call children, youth and family ministry.
