Base fee:
  • Register beginning July 1, 2014, and by 11:59pm on October 31, 2014, and your registration rate is only $250! (Which is the same as last year!) Plus, bring a spouse/partner along for only $75! (Please note...the spouse/partner registration applies only to your spouse/partner. Thanks for understanding!)
  • We are grateful for the work of the Synod Coordinators! We want to thank you, and we want to encourage you to stay after your training for the "E." So we're making this special rate available to you!
  • This registration level is for members of the Network's E-Team, Board of Directors, Regional Facilitators and event program guests (mostly speakers and musicians.) You must use a special access code to use this registration.
  • Are you a full-time student at a college or seminary? We want you to be with us at the E! So we're making your registration available at a special rate of $140.
  • Can't register until after Jan 1? That's ok... From Jan 1, 2015 through February 2, the registration rate is $305.00
  • A registration rate for members of the Minneapolis Area Synod Peer Group program. To qualify for this rate, you must be a member of one of the peer groups. The discount code is available from John Hulden at the MAS
  • The registration for those who represent our Network's Gold and Silver Partner organizations. If you are planning on also having an exhibit table, then please register as a Network exhibitor.
  • Sure, you can sign up this way. But really it's cheaper to just join the Network and sign up as a member!
  • For designated PD Coaches for the 2015 year. The cost is 50% of the cost at the time of registration.
  • Are you retired from congregational ministry? (Ok, we know you never really retire, but you get the idea...) We want to thank you, and honor you for your work! Please come to the E! We have a rate for you of $140.00
  • The registration process used for those receiving scholarship assistance to attend the Extravaganza

The Extravaganza is an amazing event.  The Extravaganza is an annual 4-day conference that draws together anywhere from 500-750 adults who work with youth in congregations of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America for the premier renewal, education and networking event of our church.  It is for the professional and the volunteer.  

It is for the old and the young.  It is for the urban, the suburban and the rural.  It is for rostered leaders, it is for laypeople.  It is for all who share in the adventure we call children, youth and family ministry.
