Is Extending Hospitality Your Sweet Spot?

Registration Help: This is our welcome party for attendees when they arrive! We need volunteers who can point the way to our registration stations, assist anyone needing help in the lobby, and greet everyone with a big smile.

Greeters & Guides: Have you ever just felt so welcomed and informed during an event? Perhaps the first time visiting a new church? Our greeters and guides are how we help make people feel comfortable at the Extravaganza. From simply saying hello to showing attendees to the workshop rooms they’re seeking, this group is the ultimate host at Extravaganza. 

Are you super comfortable with Zoom Meetings (or interested in learning more about it)?

Online Moderators: This is a mix of hospitality and tech troubleshooting. Since we have workshops sessions that will be offered to our online participants, we need people who are willing to jump in to answer questions and troubleshoot with our workshop leaders. Workshops are not hybrid, so you can focus on the gathered online community.

Pre event ICCs & Load-in/setup is January 17-18.

We are unable to cover expenses for volunteers. Most volunteer responsibilities take place in between sessions and workshops. So you are able to both volunteer and fully participate in Extravaganza 2024. For specific questions, please contact us at .
