The Extravaganza is a great experience at its core, but there are some optional items that require a pre-registration or extra fee to help cover the cost. We hope you take advantage of these special opportunities within the Extravaganza schedule!

First Timer's Dinner

Friday, January 30; 5:30pm; $25 at time of registration

Is this your first time attending the Extravaganza in person? The Logistics & Care Team is ready to welcome you. Enjoy dinner and begin networking with new friends! There is an additional fee for dinner. Register and pay for the First Timer’s Dinner at the time of registration. The dinner is offsite, typically within walking distance of the hotel. Meeting & meal location will be posted in the Extravaganza App.

Rostered Ministers' Lunch

Saturday, January 31; 11:45am; $25 at time of registration

Rostered ministry has its own unique set of joys and challenges. Network with other Rostered Leaders over lunch on Saturday. Register and pay for this lunch at the time of event registration. The lunch is offsite, typically within walking distance of the hotel. Meeting & meal location will be posted in the Extravaganza App.

Connection Lunch

Saturday, January 31; 11:45am; $25 at time of registration

Are you looking to connect and network with others? Perhaps you want to enjoy a meal with a new group. This connection lunch will provide you an opportunity to engage with others on Friday. Register and pay for this lunch at the time of event registration. The lunch is offsite, typically within walking distance of the hotel. Young Adult Cohort Lunch

Saturday, January 31; 11:45am; $25 at time of registration

This lunch is specifically for participants ages 18-35. Being a young adult in ministry has its own unique set of joys and challenges. Network with other young adults in ministry over lunch on Friday. Register and pay for this lunch at the time of event registration. The lunch is offsite, typically within walking distance of the hotel. Meeting & meal location will be posted in the Extravaganza App.

Synod Lunches

Sunday, February 1; 11:45am-1:45pm

Synods can choose to gather for a meal to spend time together networking with others form their local networks. Check the schedule on the app to see if your synod is gathering and where to meet.

If you are a synod leader, complete this form by December 15. Synods are responsible for making their own arrangements.

Night Life @ the Extravaganza

Trivia Night - Saturday, January 31; 8:00pm-10:30pm
Club E (Open Mic Night) - Sunday, February 1; 8:30pm-9:30pm

Enjoy fellowship and camaraderie at the Extravaganza. The Logistics & Care Team is planning a couple of great nights of entertainment and can't wait to see you there. All are invited. These two events are included with your event registration.
