We would like to invite you and your organization to be an exhibitor at Extravaganza 2026 in St. Louis! The Extravaganza is the annual gathering of adults who work with children and youth in ELCA congregations. Every year, 500-900 youth ministers, pastors and adult volunteers gather for spiritual renewal, fantastic continuing education and opportunities for networking and support.

Please note: If your organization is already a Network Partner, your Exhibitor registration is complimentary. When you log in to our website, the system will recognize you as a "partner" and your base registration balance will be $0. Gold and Outdoor Ministry partners receive an additional complimentary "guest" registration. 

Exhibitor load-in is Friday from 8am-2pm and load-out is Monday after 11:30am.
  • Exhibitor Registration is $500 (you can save $50 by registering by Oct. 15) which includes one Extravaganza registration, exhibit table and full program access.
  • Additional Exhibitor guest registrations are $200/person for up to 2 guests. Additional guests beyond 2 can be added at the current participant rate.
  • Additional Exhibit tables are available for $120/table and will be set prior to your arrival. Exhibitors may not take additional tables without prior approval from Anne Corti
  • Program Ads and Sponsorships are available at different price points. You may add on a Program Book Ad to your Exhibitor Registration. The art for purchased Program Ads is due to by December 1. Learn more
  • Exhibitor details will be sent closer to the event. Contact Anne Corti, Exhibit Hall Team Leader, with any Exhibit Hall questions before the event. 
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations before December 1 will be refunded 50% of registration fees. After December 1, we are unable to refund any of the registration fee. To cancel your registration, email Laurie Hoium.

Exhibit Hall Space: 

The Exhibitor Hall is located directly across from the Grand Ballroom and will have lots of use and traffic.

Each exhibit space is about 8’ wide x 4’ deep with one 6’ table. Additional tables are available for $120/table and may be reserved at time of registration. The table comes with a solid colored table cloth (we won’t know which until we arrive) but you are welcome to bring your own table dressing.

Your space is assigned and is indicated with a nameplate on your assigned table. Within the registration form you are also able to indicate if you need access to electricity. 

Special note: The Exhibit Hall is open to the public and cannot be locked. Be prepared to secure anything of value when you are away from your table display at times during the event.
