Registration Costs for Extravaganza 2024

Pricing for Network Plus Members: 

Thank you, Plus Members! Your membership helps The Network to provide helpful resources to adults serving children, youth and families in congregations across the country. Your membership also helps you to receive a discount to events like the Extravaganza and Oasis.

Payment

Payments may be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or by check. For credit card payments, the full amount will be charged to your account at the time that you register. For check payments, you will be emailed an invoice for the full amount due when you register. We must receive a check for the full amount due within 10 days, unless...

Sometimes people want to register in the fall, but pay out of next year's budget line. That's fine. Please go ahead and register, and then email Laurie Hoium indicating that a check will be sent after January 1. We will honor the earlier price.

Please note that all registration costs need to be paid no later than January 1, 2024. Thanks!

Cancellation Policy

Please understand that the Extravaganza has hard costs that relate to the number of people who register for the event. If someone cancels their registration, we still have to pay those costs.

Cancellations before December 1, 2023 will be refunded 50% of registration fees. After December 1, we are unable to refund any of the registration fee since we’ve already committed that money to the hotel. To cancel your registration, email Laurie Hoium. You are able to transfer your registration from the onsite event to the online event, however we are not able to refund the difference in registration cost.

Transfer of Registration

Sometimes we are asked if it is possible to transfer a registration. We understand how tight ministry budgets are and are willing to allow transfers. To make a transfer, the person receiving the registration must be a member of the Network. No transfers are accepted after December 1, 2023. Email Laurie Hoium to request a transfer.

Children and Childcare
